- The building is equipped with a facial recognition system for secure entry. You may register your face between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you plan to check in outside of these hours, please let us know in advance, we are happy to assist.
- For building registration, we kindly require a copy of your passport and a standard rental agreement (no additional fees), which will be submitted to building management for your safety and convenience.
- Elevator access is controlled via keycard. In case of loss, a replacement fee of 500–1,000 THB will be charged by the building.
